The Brainstorm Sessions – Vol 1 – Part 1
Posted by admin under brainstorm | Permalink | | Leave A Comment
This is a song I created at home using Ableton Live and my favorurite guitars. The piece is intended to be one track that moves from one idea to the next kind of like a DJ’s mix tape, however I have split it into 5 parts as it was too large to upload as one piece. The song is going to be my 3rd album available for download from the links on my channel page.
Duration : 0:9:37
Love it. Excellent …
Love it. Excellent use of Phrygian and Phrygian Dominant modes BTW. This sounded a lot like some of Joe Satriani’s music.

Dude, this song was really great! i like the whole foreign sound to it in the middle
Hey Paul. I’d have …
Hey Paul. I’d have to say this volume was totally unexpected to me. When I was thinking about what your latest project was going to be, I never expected it to be as creative as this dude. Your right, this does move from one idea to the next. Almost like Buckethead’s Monolith 5 disk CD set. They were intended as one long song mixed with different idea’s. I like the feel of this first piece. The rhythm fits, and it’s really easy listening. The dense feeling toward the middle is amazingly kick.

CyberSunk! you are …
CyberSunk! you are a very creative and talented musician, not only do the guitars rock but every sound you choose from bass to keys is done in such good taste , your use of delay is perfect timing with the beat , your solo skills get better and better each time and have alot of feel to your leads,This will be on CD and rolling in the car with me
This is amazing …
This is amazing work. The way you write your music is almost like you’re writing an orchestra of sounds and guitars! Some of the most creative music I’ve heard in some time…..On to part 2 haha.
